Can I see the art piece in person before the purchase?
Yes. We recommend that you see the art piece in person to make sure you like it and will enjoy it after the purchase. Please contact us and we will arrange all necessary.

How long will I wait for my order?
We ship all orders as soon as possible, always within 10 days from whenever we receive your payment. With payment on delivery we ship after we receive the order.

Can I decide how the order will be shipped and/or the time of delivery?
Yes, if you have specific requirements regarding shipping and delivery time, please let us know (either in the comment section while ordering, or by any other means).

Can I receive a certificate of authenticity together with the art piece?
Yes, based on a request we will send you, together with the art piece, a certificate signed by the author.

How do I proceed in case I receive a damaged art piece?
We recommend not to take over the order if it is clear that the package is damaged. If the art piece is delivered damaged, please contact us as soon as you discover it. The carrier is responsible for duly delivery, thus we will consequently claim compensation from the carrier. In the event you receive a damaged order, you can either send it back (and we will send you back the money you have paid for it) or you can claim a discount corresponding to the damage.

How do I proceed if I realize – after I receive the order – that I do not like the art piece?
You can send back any order within 14 days of delivery with no reason being provided (and your money will be returned to you).
